If you like fresh, local delights – seasonal food, great coffee, live music and collectables, then join the locals by visiting the Remarkables Market every Saturday during summer from 8.30am to 1pm. It’s just about as much fun as you can have in a big red barn!

Located just next to the Remarkables Park shopping Centre in Frankton it’s a short bus ride from Earnslaw Lodge, or you can walk or ride along the Frankton Track for a great day out.

Shotover Jet relives the Gold Rush!

Queenstown’s iconic Shotover Jet will celebrate 150 years (to the day!) since gold was discovered by Thomas Arthur on the beach near Shotover Jet’s Arthurs Point base. Saturday November the 19th will be a double celebration combining the historic celebrations with locals day, there’s still no excuse not to sample the adrenalin ride through the beautiful historic gorge!
